FOUR-HOUR SKILLS FOR HYPNOBIRTHING COURSE

2 x 2 hour sessions in your own home, teaching you how to use self-hypnosis, affirmations, breathing techniques, visualisation, relaxation and mobility to make your labour and birth easier - not to mention the years ahead! Individual clients/couples only.

CLASSIC MONGAN HYPNOBIRTHING COURSE IN YOUR HOME

The original Mongan HypnoBirthing course, taught in your home. 

4 x 2.5 hour (approx) sessions for mum AND birth companion

£375 for weekends and evenings, with a £20 discount for each session booked for a weekday 8am to 5pm

STANDARD HYPNOBIRTHING GROUP CLASS:

Group HypnoBirthing course of five 2.5 hour sessions at Kite Studios, London W12 with up to 4 other couples subject to availability

STANDARD HYPNOBIRTHING GROUP CLASS EXTRA:

Group HypnoBirthing (Mongan) course of four 2.5 hour sessions at Kite Studios, London plus the final class as a private session by arrangement in your own home:

Suits a couple with little time or difficult work/travel commitments

HYPNOBIRTHING REFRESHER

For mums and birth partners who have done a HypnoBirthing course before.

A 2 hour session in your home to get you back in the groove for the arrival of your next baby. As many sessions as you need.

£75 each session (£65 if Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm)

BIRTH DOULA

As a recognised Doula UK Postnatal Doula trained by Dr Michel Odent I have supported over 40 mothers in pregnancy, labour and birth

On call 4 weeks (two weeks either side of due date), attendance at labour and birth, pre and postnatal visits and support plus birth story

£950 including non-returnable deposit of £200

Subject to availability. Please note - I am not taking any new clients at present!

POSTNATAL DOULA

Recognised Doula UK Postnatal Doula

£16 per hour

All fees for individual courses to be paid in full at first session.

Fees for group courses to be paid in full in advance.

Birth Doula fees: deposit on signature of contract, balance within 1 month of baby's birth.

Postnatal Doula fees: weekly/monthly as per contract.
