All courses are for up to 5 couples and take place at Kite Studios, Priory Mews, 2B Bassein Park Road, London W12. (It is an artist's studio - when your baby is a bit older, why not bring her/him here for some arty fun at Auriol's painting and scuplture classes?)
Parking is relatively easy and Shepherds Bush Tube is 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bus. Also we have some great gastropubs and restaurants nearby.
I'm running several courses a year, on Wednesday evenings 6.45pm to 9.45pm
STANDARD HYPNOBIRTHING CLASS
The fee of £210 per couple includes your HypnoBirthing book, relaxation and affirmations CD, all the HypnoBirthing handouts and scripts, and light refreshments.
STANDARD HYPNOBIRTHING CLASS "EXTRA"
Many parents-to-be like the opportunity of a one-to-one session with their HypnoBirthing teacher but also enjoy the chance to meet other parents. Choose the Standard Class Extra option and join a group for the first 3 sessions, then take the 4th session by private arrangement on your own, in your own home. The fee for this format is £240 including HypnoBirthing book, relaxation and affirmations CD, all HypnoBirthing handouts and scripts and light refreshments.
You will be working alongside couples whose outlook on childbirth is likely to be close to yours, so bring pillows, and prepare to relax and make friends.
