Together with your birth companion, we will choose times and dates to fit round your busy schedule and follow the course at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home. This is a good option for busy couples with limited time before the baby is expected.
CUSTOM HYPNOBIRTHING OPTIONS
The four session course is arranged with you at times to suit you and your birth companion. The fee includes your HypnoBirthing book, Affirmations and Relaxation CD, all HypnoBirthing scripts and handouts PLUS a complimentary BirthEast birth ball and pump (available with other courses for £15). For each session which takes place between 8am and 5pm on a weekday, there is a £20 discount on the total course fee.

I also offer "EXPRESS" home HypnoBirthing courses as a one-day intensive course at your home, starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm with a 45 minute break for lunch.
This is a special course for couples who, perhaps because of travel and work commitments, have very little time in the week together. It is VERY important that in booking this option, you are fully aware that:
- it is not the format recommended by the HypnoBirthing Institute
- both the mum-to-be and her birth companion should have read the HypnoBirthing book (supplied by me) BEFORE the session
- you will still need a few weeks after the session to practice the techniques and affirmations.
All my clients are welcome to call/email me at any time, especially in their "due month"...and they often do!
All Home HypnoBirthing fees include travel within the M25 area, course materials, your HypnoBirthing book and CD .
